Do you really think Philly would have traded Deke for Thomas/Knight/Ward when they got Van Horn/McCullough instead? That is preposterous! Ward and Knight have ZERO value so which two players were the Sixers going to put with DC to bring back a significant player in return? Thomas and Ward? Say they offered DC, Thomas and Ward. Who is that package going to get that is better than Van Horn, McCullough AND Coleman? I don't believe it. I think it's more of the NY media's dreams. Besides, I'm sure that Van Horn, McCullough and Coleman would get a better return than Thomas, Ward and Coleman any day!
