I don’t know how to verify this, but I read that Schlenk said Gallinari agreed to come off of the bench. On some kind of member zoom call. So just a little extra for anyone who thinks Gallinari is starting at the 3 or 4.

It seems everyone who has questioned Supes' information has done it directly. And there's nothing wrong with that. Just like people are free to ignore his posts, you're free to ignore the people you disagree with.

I said 2020. As in January, February, and March. The last 3 months of basketball we had. It's no secret Cam got off the worst start imaginable. Once he got healthy and comfortable the shots started falling.

Cam shot 52/131 (.397) from 3 in 2020. Snell shot 45/119 (.378). So if shooting consistency is the only reason to you want Snell to start then it's not a given he even has that advantage.

Perkins was the last NBA player I ever expected to become an obnoxious media personality. His whole career he looked like someone who only communicated with grunts.

Supes may hear things about players teams are interested in, but the trades seem largely made up. Maybe from trying to piece those snippets together. Because they usually don’t make a lot of sense and never seem to actually happen. Either way, it drives tons of harmless (I hope) discussion so it’s whatever.

I feel more and more like the Kings will match. Even if it's not in their best interest, losing Bogi for nothing after that failed SnT seems like too much to stomach after all the L's they've taken in recent years.

I knew Bembry wouldn't be back, but it was still weird seeing him sign with a new team. I also forgot Schefter reported on things other than the NFL so that probably had something to do with it. I can see him being a solid rotation guy for the Raptors.

I maintain that I would be excited about signing Bogi, but not too disappointed if the Kings match. Still going to be refreshing on my phone all day.

I believe this is the first time Kirschner has gotten to report about the Hawks making winning moves. Maybe he's just overexcited.

Capela is not a small ball center. He does fine against guys like Embiid.

Cam was legitimately one of the worst players in the league for a while, as a rookie, and LP still gave him plenty of minutes. That's almost unheard of. To suggest he's not completely supportive of Cam is insane.

Well I was working under the assumption that Dipo is still on the way out of Indy, but maybe that's not the case anymore.

Everyone is raving about how insane our depth would be with Bogi, but that could be something making him hesitant to sign. He had plenty of drama over minutes with Hield in Sacramento.

The longer we wait to more I expect the Lakers to work out a deal for Bogi. But while I do want to sign him, I won't be heartbroken if we miss out. We've had a great offseason and there is a reasonable chance we're better off giving his minutes to the guys we already have. Still would like to add a veteran (other than Snell) on the wings.

Could be a great move. Could be someone we end up trying to move at the deadline. Maybe both. Sucks for Dunn, but I assume he was aware of the possibility before he signed. He'll still get play at both guard spots as a defensive specialist.

I was thinking this morning about if we nabbed Bogdan could we fit Dunn in as the last signing. We needed the defense. And I have to think he'll push Trae to be better on the defensive end as well.

He's a very good player no question. I just wish he was a 3 and didn't have such a shaky injury history.

He's an All Star starter and someone who can win an MVP so probably not. Make sense? But I didn't realize initially this was the Okongwu thread. Maybe air this grievance in another thread. (like you haven't already lol)

Because Tatum has been the best player on an ECF team. Obviously Boston isn't getting rid of him. There are still plenty of questions about John's contributions to winning, fair or not.
