Thanks Diesel. I agree. I like Acie Law but at the same time I respect what Bibby does for this team.

Look I hate to be negative but why are all Atlanta (not just Hawks) fans bandwagon? The Hawks are a prime example. When the Hawks started 6-0 everybody on this message board was raving about the team. The only negative thing at the time was the fact that Woody was still coaching and Smith was down. Now I will let ya'll know I am not a Mike Woodson fan, but I am an Atlanta Hawk fan. So to say that a 9-6 record is not acceptable playing 11 games without their starting F Josh Smith is completely sane! C'mon. Look the Hawks are 5-6 since Smith has been out but we lost mainly because of his absence and coaching. Don't start blaming Horford for not being a post-presence because when Smith is playing Horford is a nice post-presence. And don't start blaming Flip because his shot is off. Flip has been bench player most of his career, and unfortunately he has not stepped up his game since J-Smoove went down but Flip has been a nice addition to this team. Look at the beginning of the season if you had told me that the Hawks would be 9-6 without Josh Smith I would have laughed in your face. What it comes down to is that the Hawks are virtually competing in every game, win or loose. The only blowout loss I recall this season was vs. the Cavs. We lost to Boston by a hair and a few other teams because of poor coaching. But when J-Smoove comes back I expect the Hawks and our 'bandwagon' fans to pick up the morale.

What??? I like Acie Law but I just dont think Law and Sergio is better than Bibby and Law. First off Bibby brings a much needed veteran presence and is mentoring Law into becoming an elite PG. Sergio would sit on the bench and attempt to learn from Laws misshapes. Maybe....but its still early to tell. Bibby is def. the better overall PG.

WOW! I am shocked on how many people said Yes for Horford. Ya'll would not have said that during the playoffs. This is why I hate Hawks fans. Majority of them are bandwagon. Once JSmoove is back Horford presence in the post will be more dominate. He lacks the presence with the absence.

I like how Josh Smith is hungry to get back, but the Hawks should have him do the proper thing and make sure he comes back only when he is 90-100% capable of playing.

Its somewhat hard to win ball games when you loose at stud and a player who has been playing very well.

No way. I really like Acie and just think that Woody still wants him to watch some more. Lets use Solo as the prime example. His first two years he wasn't playing at all now he is in 15+ mins a game.

Yea the refs were bad but there is nothing you can do.

It doesn't hurt. How does it hurt? We competed to the last second with the Celtics at Boston. Thats awesome! A few minor mistakes hurt us down the road but I really think that the officials made some poor calls.

FS Hawks Jerome Jerrenovich and Mike Glenn are reporting Josh Smith is going to be out 2-4 weeks with a high ankle sprain.

I voted yes because why wouldn't you want a solid ball player like Josh on your team. However, I can also understand why some may vote no. Some fans may feel hurt or upset with how Josh left the team. But you have to understand he did it because staying with the Hawks was not consistent with his career growth plans. He wants to start.

They must have taken it down.
