  1. The game changed when the referee did not call that obvious offensive foul where Dre got hit in the lip. He had a bloody lip and had to leave to go to the locker room. NO went on a 6-0 run and never really looked back.
  2. I will reserve my prediction until after the trade deadline. If we do make a significant trade, I think it will hurt us a little record wise because there is always an adjustment period. If we stand pat, we might be able to go on a run but our ceiling may be limited?
  3. Nope. Full speed ahead. Believe!

  5. His agency should be recruiting to get him more people here. That’s what he wants. The first player to lead the Atlanta Hawks franchise to a championship will be a greater accomplishment than any other accolade anywhere. Trae is different, he loves those types of challenges. His motto is “be different”. He already has his money and fame. Time to do something no one else has.
  6. Come on man. You are on a hawks fan website talking down about one of our best players. We don’t want hear that ish here. Criticism is fair but, equating his shortcomings to absolute failure is ridiculous. We are Hawks fans. Trae is a Hawk. No one here is a stan. We want to see success WITH him in our uniform. He is a cornerstone period. We cannot take that for granted.
  7. Come on Nate you can do it. Coach like you have never coached before.
  8. Trae’s activity on defense is really energizing the team. They are really playing like team. That ball is hopping on offense.
  9. It also is true that some of those guys are not worthy of being an all star over Trae. Even when you consider his poor shooting efficiency to start the season, he is still better than those guys. Trae had to put up all NBA numbers just to make the allstar team. There is no other way to put it, Trae is better than those other guards period. Kyrie and Donovan are the only two players, this year, that clearly deserve the nod over Trae.
  10. It’s a mockery. Chip on shoulder just turned to a boulder.
  11. Come Jay, I know you got a little bit of belief in you.
  12. Great game. I tried to stay up and watch it all but succumbed to the Sand Man. Lol. Please, please, please let this be an indication of our turn around in team 3 point shooting.
  13. This is it. If he is going to be considered a first ballot Hall of Fame guy, he has to take this team on a run to the Finals…and win it. The players have to fully support him and go all out for the remainder if the season. Give it all you got Nate, because this might be your last rodeo, might as well go out riding high. https://mobile.twitter.com/LeaderOfHorde/status/1621035533119131648/photo/1
  14. Great game. OKC was 8 and 3 in their last 11 games. I don’t know why people think we are supposed blow every nba team out of the water wire to wire. I keep telling people, this nba season is different. There are no easy wins to be found anywhere. The Celtics will come back to earth in the last 30 games. Just about any team that makes it to the playoffs, will have a chance at going far this year. The separtion is too small. Even the bad teams are good. If Detroit still had Cade, even they would be hard to beat on any given night.
  15. Here is my take on the game. Everyone wants to pile on Trae for this loss and that is great. He is the best player on the team, when we lose he should take the lion-share of the blame. When we win, he will deflect to others. What I saw is that Nate did not rotate the lineup properly. He was hoping to get a big lead enough to sit his starters, when he did, he inexplicably kept his starters playing their regular minutes. When the game got close again, he didn’t want to take them out. On the second night if a back to back, with a significant rotation piece in Bogi not playing, he kept Trae in way too long. His legs were heavy as all of his misses late were short. Like others have said Trae resorted to try to bury them with the long ball but he didn’t have the legs. Also, Plumlee abused our bigs. He had the best game of his career stat wise but that didn’t even tell the full story. He out hustled and out smarted ours bigs tremendously. Lastly, after all of that we still should have won the game but lost due to the referees. Nate should have been prepared to play our bench extended minutes so they could match Charlotte energy because talent wasn’t the issue.
  16. Because he is our hero. Deal with it.
