One of the weirdest losses I've ever seen. Like wtf was that

I was on the road all day, just got to sit down and watch the game @Thomas. Gabriel is going to make it even tougher for d coordinators to game plan for us. The more we put on tape the more people have to worry about. That man is blazing fast, and Sanu and Hardy both looked great today. That catch by Hardy with Peterson on him was crazy. We can only stop ourselves, there is no defense that can contain us. As long as Matt spreads the ball around we are unguardable. Vic is a monster, I mean wow. I believed in him but good lord is this man special. He and Freeney together is tough. Saw Grady getting pressure again today too. I was a little worried after hearing Tru was done for the year but dang Collins gave me a big sigh of relief today. Dude was balling. His measureables are crazy and now he's putting that to good use. Even when people were making catches on him he was in their hip pocket. Had great coverage all day. Poole looked good as always and Rocky looked good today too. I think we're good going foward. Glad devondre had that big play at the end as well.

Ridley looks good, Nauta looks good, we've got big guys coming in...skill positions should be taken care of. As long as we can get this line to block the offense should be clicking next year

Defense made plays but we need help up the middle badly. Babs just isn't babs anymore...we've got to get one in the draft. We focused to much on Julio today but if they're gonna single him like that all day I would throw it to him everytime as well, that late drop hurt tho. Ugly game, it happens. Vic is still BEASTING and Neal is a hit man and I love it. We're good, ugly games happen

It's amazing how much perception can be swayed when you don't get to keep up with players and teams yourself. I haven't been able to watch basketball much lately bc of my schedule but the national media would have you thinking this guy was a terrible player now and an even worse person. I'm happy as hell to have him on the team now and can't wait to see what the future looks like with him.

Cavs will definitely come with a different look next time we play them bc they know TT is not going to be effective against D8. So hopefully we combat that with some shuffling of our own...I trust Bud so I'm not really worried

I literally laughed out loud at this. i get that the defense still needs to improve, I'm sure we all feel that way, but last night wasn't a good game to use as a talking point for that. We knew the d was young coming into the year, we knew there would be growing pains, but if you can't see the talent and the progression like @Thomas said from the beginning of the year until now.....I don't know what to say.

Bc I actually watched the game those stats mean nothing to me. I saw this defense performing pretty damn good. Same thing against carolina, garbage points man. When your offense is scoring at this rate at some point you're going to exchange yards for clock. That's just kind of how it goes

They gave up the early TD and then Tampa scored bc of the short field that Matt gave them with the fumble....then they literally did nothing until garbage time. We controlled this game on both ends. Grady got your 2 sacks from the middle, I thought you would be happy man. Did you see the hits these young dudes were laying out there? Neal crushed everything on the inside of Mike Evans, and Collins just flattened Winston. This defense is ok

Absolutely. Hooper can be special, and in this offense he's going to get his chances.

Hey @Sothron I think Grady heard you lol. @Thomas Hooper is really impressive and Toilolo is a heck of a blocker and surprises every now and then with big plays. I've heard good things about Perkins but I'll hold out on crowning him until I see it myself. But TE does look promising

That's all I'm saying. I saw it early on that there was just a difference in the way they're playing. They may still give up yards and points but they're playing different. That line in particular is starting to play together nicely. The stunts that they pull weekly just shows the type of cohesion they have now bc you can't do that type of stuff with guys who aren't gelling. It's coming together, next year these guys should be pretty damn good

Bruh Grady has a sack. The pressure is coming. Clayborn actually got a sack from inside yesterday. Grady is doing his job and doing it well. You have to stop looking at stats to validate these young guys. They're putting in work and it's coming together.

He gets a lot of penetration upfield, I will say that he's not completing those plays yet but he's getting major penetration. Give him some time and he'll be one of the best in the league. He and Vic together for years to come is going to be special....I'm telling you

Vic got the sack bc they pulled a stunt and Grady performed his job to perfection by eating up both the guard and the tackle allowing Vic to loop around and get that free look on rivers. This is just one example but my man has been killing it all year actually. @Sothron

Yo @Sothron, are you looking for stats or just good play from Grady? Bc if you're looking for stats I understand your complaint but if you're just looking at his play that man has been pretty damn good this year. I'll try to find a couple gifs to show you if I can but that guy has been BEASTING

@Spud2Nique you beat me today in fantasy but I'll take that with another Falcons victory. I like what I'm seeing from the pass rush and the offense is amazing. Vic is a stud.

Well time for my positives....Matt Ryan has erased all doubt about his ability to throw the deep ball. That pass to Julio in the second quarter was just beautiful. Then the lazer to Tamme right after that. Whatever he did in the offseason to strengthen his arm has really worked. Tevin Coleman is a player. There's not much he can't do. We already know how good free is but tevin shows me more and more every week. His top end speed makes him such a threat. Dont need to spend much time on Julio bc hes Julio. I've said on here for years that he's the best wideout in football. What I really loved tho was Vic. The kid is really showing how good he is and how good he can be. 2 sacks and another forced fumble that actually led to a touchdown. The kid is going to be special. And really the pass rush was coming from everywhere. And I see Grady in the backfield so much, he's just not making the play when he's back there. He'll eventually get it all together and those two will be a force for a long time. Debo is a playmaker and I love that but he had a bad game and that's to be expected. He's a rookie and he and Campbell both made rookie mistakes. It happens, they'll learn

Didn't get to see the end of the game so I don't know what happened but damn, how did they lose this one
