I am going to go outside the box and say that we need a leader. I would choose Rondo out of the two. Rondo's jumper is improving. It has been hammered into everyone in the league that Rondo has a terrible jumper but he has been working on it and he can hit the open shot with some consistency now. Rondo has more hustle on defense and offense. Rondo has better vision and passing ability. Rondo is an excellent rebounder for a guard. The only thing Williams has over Rondo is Williams has a great perimeter game. The Trade Machine says that Williams, Smith, and Teague for Rondo and Allen would work.

This is crap, teams dont decide to just lose. The Magic didnt beat themselves we beat the Magic. One team wins and one team doesnt, the team that wins absolutely worked for it in every single game ever. Why does it have to be the magic beating themselves? Why cant it be the Hawks Defense? Dude just admit it, you bastardized Josh's entire game without him completing the game yet. Josh had a good game tonight not because he scored a ton of point, but because he made a major contribution to the game and thats how we should judge player performance.

Nobody was calling on chuck to come and coach them team. The point was that anybody that watched that game could plainly see that the Hawks did no take this heat team seriously, and they didnt seem to care if they won or lost. Chuck blasted the team, rightfully so, on nationally television and was just saying what everyone already saw. The point of showing them that tape was not so they would take advice from chuck but hoping they would be embarrased enough by that performance to come out and play with some fire.
