Have you seen Bennett play? Would you seriously be willing to pay $5 Million a year for a proven bust? I know Scott really isn't a fit for this team anymore, but not only is he cheaper than Bennett, he's a better player. This is why I asked if you were serious. The team needs to save as much money as possible heading into this offseason instead of having to eat an extra $5 million that would take away from us signing potential Free Agents.

We literally have no one to trade for the pick. They already have the PG position locked for the next 10+ years in Payton so it wouldn't make sense to give them Teague, and there's no way I would give them Horford unless they threw in Oladipo or Vucevic.

Not the guy I want being the center piece of this team. In 5 seasons of being in the NBA, he has never led his team to the NBA playoffs, whereas a guy like Anthony Davis helped to lead a less talented Pelicans team to the playoffs in his 3rd season. Also, would his attitude problems be enough for us to overcome trading for him? Will he be able to adapt our system which is highly reliant on Ball Movement and Floor Spacing? His 31.8 usage rate (also tied with LeBron James) leads me to believe not. The highest Usage Rate on our team this past season was Dennis Schröder with 26.4. Also be has never had an NBA season in which he made over 50% of his shot attempts. Essentially speaking, Al Horford is far and away a better player than Boogie Cousins, the main difference between them is that Al doesn't receive nearly as many of the touches that Cousins receives.

I think we might trade both of our 2nd rounders to move up. We have picks #50 and #59, and I don't know if there would be much talent to pick from there.

Isn't he owed $5 million next year? No way I'd trade for him. If you're trying to spend that much money on a project like him, then there are cheaper options. I'm not trying to spend $5 million on a guy who won't play above 10 mins per game.
