  1. I would take Wade any day. Atlanta big three: Wade, Millsap, Dwight. We need a player with 18 and above PER rating while averaging over 30 mpg to be a contender.
  2. I realized how pathetic the PTH guys are. I always knew Cviv and Schultz were hot trash but we basically have no one good in Atlanta except for the USA Today guys and Zach Klein.
  3. Al was scared. Just like in the playoffs in crunch time. Just like those years playing against Orlando's Dwight Howard in the post.
  4. I don't even want to know where this came from. If that is really Tito I can understand his frustration. However, like Joe Johnson.. I'm ready to move on.
  5. Pretty much expected this kind of garbage. I'm sure Tito had his say when he was making a final decision. The contract numbers weren't a big deal after all. I'm sure Al's feelings were hurt that Bud & Wes made Dwight a priority. Probably had to do with the past two postseasons. We are gonna find more shooters while developing our new and existing talent. We are going to be better than Boston... Unless they get KD. I've always been a fan of Dwight. Even in Houston he had a huge presence. He made that team what it even was the past 3 years. He was their defense for the most part! Sap is versatile. Dwight is a POST PLAYER. That is what 4's and 5's do. Al was shifting down to the perimeter too fast. Almost like he'd rather play the 3. 3....2...1... Cue Boston fans looking for a "true center" to stop LeBron from carving up the paint
  6. Time to move on. I'm tired of watching us get rocked in the post because Al started moving outside the last two years.
  7. Although it has been REALLY nice to see so much attention on the Hawks this year (I love the DH signing).. It has been obnoxious with so much speculation and scenarios from the local bloggers and media. Especially so much negative speculation and conclusions on what the team would be without even knowing for certain who is on the roster in August.
  8. I'm totally on-board with Dennis. His court-vision is in the same league as Rondo, CP3, and Deron.
  9. First time since Al that I've been so excited about a draftee... Dennis!
  10. First Row is pretty reliable without problems. Been using it for years with no issues.
  11. Millsap there too... GO DENNIS & LUCAS!
  12. Efficiency. 1 Year Deal. Got it?
  13. Nice pickup.. 1 year deal!
  14. Glad to have you back. Hopefully this won't happen again. Here is a nice little tidbit to help boost your comeback: http://wagesofwins.com/2012/04/13/tanking-used-to-work-in-the-nba/
  15. Dennis is awesome.. so is Lucas.. So ready for these guys to get minutes this year. I feel like they will quickly develop. All they need is NBA muscle.
  16. Right there with ya! I'm really excited for this season.
  17. I'm on board with Dennis. He reminds me so much of Rondo except probably a better shooter. His instincts tell me is a facilitator like Chris Paul and Rondo.
  18. Well, face the facts. You got to build a winning tradition before getting free agents. Do you know what free agents do when they come here? Do free agents ever come here or do they meet Ferry in LA or talk on the phone. I feel as if you aren't getting the whole picture here.
  19. When have the Spurs ever wooed free agents? I've known that franchise as built from the ground up like a solid rock. How did they get TWO number one picks? in the 80's/90's?
  20. This is an idiot thread. What ever happened to actually liking to watch basketball instead of being a freaking pansy.
  21. BAH Jeff can go hang with Larry Drew. I'm ready to move on.
  22. The smoke is rising. Prepare for Brandon Jennings on the cheap with Dennis honing his skills.
  23. My gut feeling is Ferry is letting Teague walk and going to sign Jennings to a 2-3 year deal. He held his rights for potential sign and trades, that was it.
  24. Yeah, it is called 2015 cap-space.
