    Jeff playing great, I like this aggressive play. We really should be able to handle this team pretty easily. If we lose this one I'm going to break something. Not really trying hard enough so far.

    Chase Budinger, quite possibly the whitest person to play in the NBA EDIT: I'm at the game and I was watching him warm up and it was just blinding. EDIT2: I am white so I can say that.

    I really liked how the third stringers in garbage time really put their foot down on this team. They were looking really good for backup backups. I know it's just Philly but it made me feel good about our depth for a change.

    Yeah, what do seats go for in that section for GSW games? Full disclosure, someone bought my tickets at literally the last minute possible (7:59) for the $32. And I will gladly accept Korver showing me up when I talk sh!t about him on the Squawk. Hope he can keep up the good shooting.

    It's also pretty telling that I couldn't even sell my tickets to the game tonight. I was trying to sell lower bowl tickets in section 116 (behind Hawks bench) like 6 rows back for $32 each (and each includes $10 of Hawks Bucks) - not a single taker. Yes. Someone needs to tell CMB.

I know it's my opinion up against the COY and all, but sheesh... Brad Rowland @BTRowland The Hawks have a -2.8 net rating when Horford, Millsap and Teague play together this season. Brad Rowland @BTRowland In addition, Atlanta's starting five (Horford, Millsap, Korver, Bazemore, Teague) has a -2.9 net rating in 445 minutes. (Couldn't get the tweets to embed properly, sorry.)

    Did you forget that people like me are the ones they're really trying to get into the arena more and on board with the Hawks? I know that was stated out loud or in emails by the A$G folks, but the same concerns still exist. And at the base of all of this is that this is a business, and if I'm one of their preferred customers, I should let them know that I'm not happy with what they're trying to sell me. There are lots of other things for me to do with my time than watch the Hawks play like punks. Just sayin that throwing that in there might get them to perk up a little. Maybe. Probably they won't listen to anyone, but a season ticket holder honkey might be the best shot.

    Draft of my email to Steve K: Dear Mr. Koonin: I am a season ticket holder. I am a young professional. I am white. I love the Hawks. I want the Hawks to win. I want to keep coming to games. I love Kyle Korver. That said, you have to get Bud to bench Korver. I understand that he's not 100% and that's fine; he can resume starter minutes when he's fully recovered and worked out the issues with his shot. It's glaringly apparent that he cannot continue playing long minutes and starting games because it is hurting the team and making us lose games. It's really effing things up. Please help. -LamarHampton, Section 116. PS- Horford is playing too soft too warrant a max deal, and I'm okay with dealing him or Teague if it will likely net us assets to make us strongly competitive and flexible next year. Thank you.

    I want to share your optimism, but what I've seen makes it impossible for me to share your optimism. I have to admit I'm leaning towards the dark side more and more. I'm not in the full on 'blow it up' mindset, but I'm thinking 'let's blow it up a little bit.'

    Well hopefully SOMETHING is imminent, because it really seems like our group is seriously flawed. I didn't expect 60 wins again, but I expected a better brand of basketball. Where's all the crisp passing, hustle plays, and efficient scoring? We can barely make layups some nights. Really need Bud to put on that Coach of the Year hat (& maybe try on an Exec of the Year hat) and right this ship, because it feels like we're sinking.

    That was a letdown that he missed the bunny, but no one calling out BOTH PGs for having more turnovers than assists in this one?? I have a tough s time laying much blame on Paul when he's been the only consistent guy on the team. Just next time get the ball to someone else in the last possession.

    It's been for sale since November FWIW, so I'm not sure if I would read too much into it. (There was an article from the AJC in the Twitter feed I clicked on but can't find it ATM since it was so far back.) Unless of course he was told something that long ago, which I doubt.

    I think it would still be pretty bad considering we trailed them for pretty much the entire game and they were essentially a Dleague team with Tyson Chandler. I know I was disgusted with what I saw.
