  1. defensively- roundfield was an absolute monster- doesn't get enough love just don't see how you could leave petit off though
  2. I've been engaged forever....this gives me a little hope. congrats man
  3. boss is one of my favorite hawks, past or present, but his post-up game is weak-sauce....go watch the cavs games, even with dellasdfkjasldf;jk on him he still looked awkward posting up- horford is a great midrange shooter and his bread and butter is coming off the pick and pop
  4. can we not count moses and beaty, that is like the clippers or spurs couting nique...just seems odd roundfield should definitely be above millsap, agree with most else though
  5. Just read through the squawk this offseason has been hit or miss with most of us; however, what the heck did Philly and Orlando do that makes their offseason better than ours? I take everything ESPN says with a grain of salt, regardless of the credentials of who says it, they are in the business of getting clicks and views, and nothing we did this summer does that for them, so they will downplay it....so $%^& em'
  6. miami is the flavor of the month for the talking heads right now, it'll pass
  7. during a gsw summer league game, reggie miller started naming his eastern conference contenders and it went as so: cleveland, milwaukee, miami and chicago....I am pretty sure he still thinks it was cleveland vs. washington in the ecf
  8. I've already ordered everyone on the squawk a volt green unibrow to celebrate
  9. my hawks fandom runs deep, but I think I've seen more exciting fly sex
  10. I still remember the series where, was it Bowen (can't remember that) that sort of pushed Nash into the scorers table and Amar'e jumped up off the bench and barely crossed the out of bounds line and was -subsequently- suspended the next game for it. I think the Suns win that series and possibly even a championship if not for that; unfortunately, it all went downhill from there for them. You are right though, defense was never really part of the game plan
  11. watch out if amare discovers the healing miracle that is horse placenta, and a fountain of youth, and then maybe if dragic suddenly morphs into 2010 steve nash.... I kid, I loved watching Amar'e in Phoenix, those Phoenix teams never won anything, but damn if they weren't entertaining
  12. someone get Edy some help on that mid-range shot stat!!! He does look like he has gained a little weight though
  13. I've been away, so I've missed out on the get Nick Young gem....I'm all for it, in fact, pair him up with thjr., maybe coax Antoine Walker out of retirement (heard he could use the money) and bring Marbury back from Angola or wherever he is playing and put them all on the court together- I am never missing a moment of that! Although, it still might not be as entertaining as the Kings this season- that is such a spectacular pairing of divas and misfits- come on October!
  14. I wouldn't mind chandler but bud would have to make him wear some turtle neck under armor, that face on his neck freaks me the hell out
  15. guys on nba tv gushing over the hawks moves so far and sap's contract- think the team has done well so far
  16. wasn't green pretty woeful last year? I could get on the perry jones bandwagon though
  17. Gasol would have been amazing on this team, but he I don't think he ever leaves Memphis
  18. in past seasons I would have agreed, but I think Bud just wanted his guys back and didn't pursue any of the big name guys- besides aldridge what big name would have been better than sap anyway? (I will admit, I did want me some wesley matthews)
  19. if we somehow managed to do that and get crowder- I'd lose my collective shit would be one great free agency
  20. when you put it like that it does looks really good, doesn't it- and I hated the hardaway trade
  21. this deal looks amazing, especially after the craziness that has taken place today- love sap, was just worried about a 4 or 5 year contract when he would be 35ish by the end....well played wilcox and bud I know there is no cap space, but somehow getting a sf would be great icing on the cake
  22. dont know what would be worse: watching millsap leave or resigning him for 20 mil per
  23. I would love draymond on this team, he plays with fire...think it would help inspire some of our more "relaxed" personalities
