Teagues been a starter for 4 years at this point ... I don't thing its experience but his inconsistent play is a problem. Hawks have been in the playoffs every year so most of them should know what to expect. They just don't seem to have the same drive as a team that they had before the All Star break. Washington wants to win this series and other than the bench play today this would of been a devasting defeat. Memphis should scare alot of teams in the playoffs. Great inside game with decent defenders on the outside. Atlanta would struggle with them in a series if we were so lucky.

If they lose this round and resign Milsap/Carroll ... its time to ship Horford if we can get a true big. Hawks have trouble because neither Horford or Milsap have the size to dominate down low. If we don't resign Milsap hopefully that can get someone to play C so Horford can go back to where he plays best.

We won't get any respect unless we win the East period much less make it there beating Washington. All they would talk about is how easy the road to the conference finals were for the Hawks even if Wall wasn't hurt and until the Hawks/Falcons win the big one no media outlet or commentators will give any Atlanta based team its due.

Really felt like Bud should of gave them the play hawks ball speech at the beginning of the 4th or he needs to be sending in the plays when the team goes into these droughts. They are quickly moving the ball up the court and the first guy with any kind of open look is firing the shot up with no one in position for a rebound or good tip in basket. They just seemed to rush to put up any shot in the 4th when they didn't need to be. The missed layups are something I don't remember seeing alot of in the regular season and have really hurt in every loss. The lob passes to Gorat were probably 8 free points to the Wizards and we were getting killed off the screen around the foul line.

Pretty hard to be successful when your surrounded by crap. No OL, WR, TE, or defense to get you back on the field. Titans shot their load in the McNair era trying to get back into a SB and went downhill after the VY draft. Chris Johnson was a highlight for a few years but that light has burnt out also. Lived in Nashville for 13 years and that fan base has about quit now also after huge initial success. My last year there (2013) people were just turning in their PSL's.

When you go down the list pretty much all of them are probably playing at their best with maybe marginal growth from Teague/Horford/Carrol. Millsap/Korver probably have seen their peak this season with no room to grow at this point. If we lose Millsap or Carrol in the offseason the roster will see change anyways but they probably need to be looking for a Korver replacement also.

Wonder if this one is Coach Buds fault. Can't imagine he didn't call up some play for this type of situation.

Memphis or SA would scare me more than GS if we get that far. We just don't have a starter with the size downlow to handle teams like those in a long series. Marc Gasol/Zach Randolph would probably sexually abuse us on the interior and have to be charged with some type of a crime.

Wasn't just Schröder in this game ... alot of bad or careless passes (Antić had two bad ones).

Between the announcers and the refs in this series I'm not sure which has been worse. That call that reset the shot clock for the Nets on the "possession" pretty much sent me over the top. We were getting better officiated calls in the regular season against "star" teams than the crap in this series. It's almost like they want a NY/Cleveland and Chicago/Toronto series next with a Chicago/Cleveland eastern finals but the NBA would never try to make that happen.

Disgusting. No more talk about the Nets just got one game no need to worry. This is an Atlanta based team ... you always have to worry. Hawks had 18 offensive rebounds, 13 3's, and 48% from the field only to lose again. Perimeter defense was aweful tonight and has to be improved in Atlanta the next game.

Wouldn't even be a game if he wasn't. Half the Hawks look like they want a vacation so far.

I don't see why Elton shouldn't see more minutes especially when we face true big men which neither Horford or Antić have the abilities to stop. We seriously won't miss much on either end with Elton replacing Antić.

Hopefully this was the wakeup call the Hawks need. They haven't played a great game yet in the playoffs and it should be very clear that the refs aren't going to give them any calls whether its home or away.

Millsap definitely doesn't look like he's 100% healthy yet and I hope Horford's finger doesn't affect his play too much.

Why all the booing for Joe Johnson? He was traded away and its not like he pulled a Lebron on us.

Pumped for a Hawks playoffs for the first time in awhile ... just walked up from the lake to see if I can find it broadcasted online somewhere or else it will be radio time. Hopefully we see the teamwork oriented Hawks that we fell in love with all season dominate this series.
