  1. Only takes a very few threes at the right time in the second half for us to take this. We are more than capable but as others have said Bogi isn't right so he can not be a part of it don't think.
  2. We use to call that a brown bagger you know.
  3. So how in the hell is this a sweep for the Bucks. We are down two guys and they look very beatable.
  4. With Trae helping him exorcise those demons and knowing Nate was a defensive point guard but knows he has a HOF offensive point guard to coach think he signs a four year deal. At this point for our guys just don't want anyone else as a head coach. Trae improved overall and our defense improved at the same time....who would have thunk this after our season's start.
  5. She may be looking for the next sugar big brother but don't think Bobby is it. Fine dining and all being her thing you know and Bobby is a pauper compared to Al.
  6. And absolutely don't say anything about his sister. Hell, he knocks out his own teammates. Anyway, remember him in the SEC and thought he could be a target for the Hawks at that time. At that level he was a natural shot blocker.
  7. This after I had flipped my script on PG and have praised him for three or four games straight. Same as it ever was I guess. Man...
  8. Yeah, Lou is certainly more than a boxscore stat for us. Mann, 00 and Kevin being the guys he has helped out so much that we have heard about. Betting the list is really long in the last few years. After the trade appreciated the picks we got with our hometown kid and is three point gun. But as you have said he is so much more so I feel even worse for my occasional bashing I have laid on him in the past. On the other side of the coin remembering D8 and Dennis in the locker room. We knew it was a problem but it was much worse than we knew at that time. Lou is a breathe of fresh air for us in reference to that locker room. Thank goodness.
  9. Pretty easy no for me. Clint came in and anchored the paint and we would not have made the playoffs without him. He was punished by the best center in the East and don't think any other center in the East would have matched evenly against Embiid. Plus all those offensive fouls not called didn't help out either. Feel we need CC for a good while.
  10. This has made me remember our very effective rebounder coming off the bench behind Al in Kris Humphries once we realized Al vs TT was not gonna workout moving forward. Kris was the physical one and don't think he thought to much of TT either you know. Am interested in trying one of his Minnesota cheeseburgers one day. He is a franchise quick restaurant guy these days. Just trying to keep it light here.
  11. Am sure everyone noticed but just in case did you all notice all the "I" in Embiid's tweet. I, Myself and Irene. Can't help himself with that martyr syndrome stuff and all don't guess.
  12. The last minute in a game seven is when you expect some kids to choke at the line but our guys were on target. You are definitely right on about every one of them counts because game six was the other side of the coin. But after that seal job in number seven we are now in the ECF.
  13. 00 is the easiest to type so you know....
  14. Thinking these playoffs are showing everyone that anyone who has a pair of decent hands that comes here will benefit from Trae for sure. Am using the term "will" as opposed to "would."
  15. He has been the most consistent surprise to me but am happy he is has shown up this well. Biggest surprise of course was how incredible Mann played in their absolutely most important game to that date. Just crazy.
  16. Will they say "The trophy was rigged and thrown by and to the Hawks."
  17. I know that the bias is more heavy handed against us than the example I want to present but feel a similarity. When the Spurs came on so strong few believed they could take it and don't remember eggheads giving them a good chance to get to the finals or take the title. Think at that time Avery Johnson at point guard had a lot to do with it. But feel we have a much shorter but maybe even greater someday Tim Duncan in a 6'1" package that writers love to disrespect. No one in the media can believe or wants to once again but we are here and they are gonna have to swallow that pill. Just have no idea when.
  18. Liked the TS hire at the time but think I may be in love now. Figuratively of course. The guy understands chemistry maybe even better than Larry Brown did in his heyday. Saying quite a lot right there. He must have been a wizard at puzzles as a kid.
  19. Just adds to the overall swagger Trae has instilled in our guys. Exhibit A right there.
  20. Kevin is a much more balanced player than last year and adding to that much more courageous in the clutch and willing to mix it up as well. Still not forgetting him shrugging off a flagrant he committed against the Thugs. Kevin's body language was "Whatever."
  21. Just in case it was missed on here. Embiid still playing that meniscus card on Twitter. Whatever guy. Try grabbing the correct knee next time when the camera is zoomed in on you. In the acting world you get a scene cut but not on the NBA floor. Sorry to disappoint you again Just know that I gave everything I had knowing the circumstances. If there’s one thing I’ve learned being here, it’s the TOUGHNESS this city has and that’s why I played with a torn meniscus.
  22. Sounds like a very ugly drunk right there. Man. As you said he is describing Embiid more than Trae. The other ugly drunk.
