JTFan31
It is very obvious that the Hawks are very well being underestimated by mostly everyone that aren't Hawks fans. The truth of the matter is 2 things that they are being underestimated. 1. Coach Lon Kruger: They have no faith on Kruger to take us to the next level, they very well see that this team has potential but they see no potential in Lon. 2. Jason Terry: Very few people think that JT can run the point, but mostly everyone thinks that he can't. I honestly believe that he can very well be one of the league's top young PG's and very well be an allstar this year These 2 reasons are the reasons why the Hawks are being underestimated and are underdogs. They know what Theo, Reef and Bg Dog can do. But they don't know what JT can do at the point, we do.......and we all know he can be one heck of a PG in this league. Gray Mule
Another thing that you left out -- The bench. I know, Gray Mule is always harping on the bench, but remember, the starters can't play the whole game, every game, throughout the season. The potential for injuries is too great if they could. Therefore, the bench is very important and apparently no one outside of us here on Hawksquawk think that the Atlanta Hawks have a good bench. I just happen to be one who believes in our bench players. So, that is three things. [1] The coach.[2] The Point Guard and [3] The bench. I believe all are better than they are being given credit for. Gray Mule
