Nice looking improvement. I think Childress being hurt is killing us right now in our slump, though.

Meant to say one step back, two steps forward.

Tonight hurts. I'm not one for moral victories, but I did like our relentless play in this game. We aren't getting blown out, but were still losing winnable games. You hear coaches talk about teams having to learn to win. We got a lot to learn.

I didn't make any excuse. I put tonight's loss on the players. Everyone on the team made at least one mistake from the 4th quarter on that could have been the difference in the game. Its Woody's job to put his players in a position to be successful and to be able to win games. A free throw here, a bad pass there, no effort on a defensive possession. We didn't make the plays, but we had every chance to put them away.

I'm not exactly in favor of Woody, but I don't blame him for this loss. We were just too careless in the clutch. We played our butts off, but didn't execute.

can't argue with that, i think you're right

impossible to prove until it happens, but when is the right time to make the change? Do we need to do it ASAP, or wait until the offseason? With such a young team and no chance at the playoffs, I think we wait it out and let the head rolling happen when the games aren't being played.

I really like that Jackie Butler guy and Quintel Woods. Both would be great to get for the Hawks next year IMO.

I know this is off topic, but watching them play tonight made me think that Zaza would have his hands full in keeping his starting spot.

And I was disappointed in Marvin last night, too. He needs to gain about 30 lbs.
