I think that Paul would be a good match for the personalities of our team, but I don't know if he can light a fire.

In that same category is Dunleavy. Good coach. Good match for our personalities. BUT can they light the fire?

On the other side are:

PJ, Tubby Smith, Izzo, and Van Gundy. All these guys can light the fire, but none of these guys is a good match...

PJ - Screamer. Would light the fire, but would turn off others. I can see Dion and Hendu going now here fast with him.

Tubby - Would light the fire, but his collegy ideas and Motivation might not work.

Izzo - Great tactician, but Can he win without an abundance of talent.

Van Gundy - I love the fact that he's fiesty and would fight for his players (that's him holding Zo's legs). However, He has no offense.

Now if we can get Westphaul to do the offense and Van Gundy to coach and do the defense... We have something!!!
