Lorenzen's worth will be enforcing the fundamental development coming from Alton Lister. Early in camp, Lister will stress sound techniques individual and the collective. Lo knows these trues and may find himself invaluable to the staff and team. I expect Lo to get much time in 4 of the Pre-season games. He has the capacity to push these guys with his knowledge and on the practice court.

That's awesome, we've been saying he needs to get stronger for a while now. It was so obvious last year, he was pushed around inside WAY too much.
