We'd have to make a very compelling offer given how highly they value Bynum. After all, what's not to love about a seven footer who averages a double-double on 58% shooting in 25 minutes a night off the bench?

My feeling is if they wouldn't trade him for Kidd last season then he's probably not going anywhere.

It would cost an arm and a leg to get Bynum from LA. They didn't want to give him up last year for Jason Kid, and now Drew's averaging a double double. We'd have to give up a package like Joe Johnson+Shelden for Bynum and Kwame, or Smith+Zaza+Shelden for the same package. It woudl probably take Joe Johnson AND Josh Smith to get Bynum and Farmar.

Lol wow. I guess I don't know enuff about him then. I thought Phil Jackson disliked him. I thought Joe + Smoove + 1 or 2 more players would maybe get us one of the other players on the Lakers...

Bynum is a very young double-double machine and is constantly improving, thanks in part to his mentor Kareem. They will keep him long term.
