Wow Ted Williams Died

One great all time Hitters gone. MLB has took some loses this year.

It kind of makes me mad that all his records will probably be broken by steroid induced athletes. Probably not the .406 average though. I am definitley in favor of baseball testing for steroids. When a record is broken I want to be sure it was all natural.

Yes this was a very very sad day for baseball. The only player I know of that could until the day he died bring tears to superstars eyes just by talking to them. Even though he was a Red Sox, he was still a great man and IMO the second best hitter ever behind Ruth. He will definitely be missed!
