So essentially you're telling me that Marvin Williams, Josh Smith, and Al Horford at 21 and 22 years of age are as good as they ever will be?

They will not refine any more skills the rest of their career? The only thing that will change is their decline of athleticism near the end?

They are maxed out as basketball players?
