D Hall traded?

Don't know if it is in the works or speculation, but I heard on the radio that he was being traded. Thought I heard them say Giants. Anyone hear this? Curious what we will get in return for him.

I heard the same thing. D hall apparently heard the same thing and it is speculated that he now wants out of the ATL. I say great!! The rumor is for a 1st rounder. Where do I sign?

Him wanting out is not a rumor. He held a press conference at the combine, whining about how we don't want him. He can kiss my a$$. Good ridance. We need to get more than just one pick. Other picks or players too.

oh, I didn't see that. If you want more players/picks then fine by me. He was drafted 8 I believe and the Giants' pick is last in the first round so I guess that makes sense really.

Well he hasn't been traded yet. I think the Falcons should be able to get something better than the Giants pick for him; maybe a mid first round pick. Peter King has lost his mind (in todays MMQB) talking about "the Falcons should be happy with getting a third round pick for him".

The problems with DeAngelo is that he's straight up selfish. He's not a team player at all. The guy has a real diva chip; I've grown tired of his premodana ways. (And yes I'm saying this as a person with his jersey and autographed football.) It's really plain and simple; he just needs to grow up. He has the talent to be a shut down corner he just doesn't focus on the right things. I have no problem at all with trading him, I just hope that if he's traded, the Falcons will have a chance to draft either the cornerback from Kansas or Ohio State with the additional pick.

i dont think dhall is selfish. i just think the way he says stuff in his interview is making him look selfish. dhall doesnt wanna be on a team in rebuilding mode. a team that might take 3-4 years(2 at least) to return to playoffs. so if he was bitching then he did himself a favor.

Not only that . . . . he's guilty of being stupid: IE the penalities he got in that one game, running his mouth when he should be quiet. That's poor judgement.

I think Hall is being scapegoated some because he runs his mouth on and off the field but I agree with the AJC that he is burning his bridges right now.

here's the bottom line.

he's going to want a 50 million dollar deal next year. get rid of him while you can get something for him.
