Admin
23 games in 2003 168 pts, 7.3 pts, nothing special really 87 assists, 3.8 apg, again nothing special really 121 boards, 5.3 rpg....decent 25 games in 2001 (France 3rd division) 420 pts, 16.8 pts, very good 126 assists, 5.4 apg, pretty good 231 boards, 9.25 rpg....excellent Maybe its because of the team he was on this year that his stats were so down? HAWKSFAN
I believe he either played behind or next to Pietrus this year
TJ_Swann
He supposedly played 2nd fiddle to Pietrus( Pippen -- Jordan).
KB21
From what I've read, the Pau-Orthez offense ran through Florent and Mickael Pietrus.
Admin
Pippen is an incredible athlete that can shoot from anywhere on the court and was/is very aggressive.
KB21
It's because early in Pippen's career, he wasn't a good shooter. He also clearly deferred to Jordan early in his career and really would never utilize his athleticism.
TJ_Swann
Exactly. And Pippen ran the team as a point forward. Guys like John Paxson, BJ Armstrong, & Craig Hodges were spot up shooters and extra ball handlers. Pippen usually guarded the tougher wing opponent.
