People are saying "Belkin doesn't have the legal right to move the team under the lease contract. He wouldn't try that."

When I hear that I think, "Belkin had no legal right to try to do a hostile takeover of the team. He did it. It tied the team up in litigation and dragged the franchise through the mud. Belkin had no legal right to break off the buyout and claim ownership of the team. He did it. It has tied the team up in legal wranglings for years. Now people think that he won't try to move the team from a city he clearly doesn't care for especially when he can make more money with a sweetheart deal somewhere else? I hope they are right."

IMO, it can get worse - though I agree it has been very bad and the credibility of the ASG has gone down the tubes over the last two years.
