Much lower but you do see guys like Chuck Hayes, Kelenna Azubuike, and others (to name two from UK).

I would think you could do a minimum contract that is partially guaranteed or completely unguaranteed for Siler. Same for Adreian unless he has other suitors in which case I am thinking a minimum guaranteed contract is the most he gets.
