Moderators lethalweapon3 Posted July 16, 2010 Moderators Report Share Posted July 16, 2010 Well if the JTX (Jeff Teague Experiment) doesn't pan out, we've got a penny-sized ex-Hawk that's probably willing to play for A$G's pennies. Glory Dayz, Well They'll Pass U By... http://nba.fanhouse.com/2010/07/16/boston-aide-tyronn-lue-seeks-return-to-court/ Boston director of basketball development Tyronn Lue was younger than four players last season on the Celtics. No wonder he feels it's time to return to the NBA. Lue, 33, was an NBA point guard for 11 seasons before not getting any guaranteed offers last season and then failing to make the Celtics. So he took a job working with the team's young players. But now Lue wants back on the court. The free agent said in an interview with FanHouse at the NBA Summer League he's open for offers. "I want to come back because my body feels good,'' said Lue, who has career averages of 8.5 points and 3.1 assists and last played for Orlando in 2008-09. "I'm a little out of shape, but I'm working out.'' Lue said he's had "a couple'' of feelers from NBA teams. But he wouldn't name them. ~lw3
JJFAN4LF
Only reason I would want him back is b/c he's a good locker room presence.
Admin capstone21 Posted July 20, 2010 Admin Report Share Posted July 20, 2010 No player frustrated me more then Lue He would dribble up the court .... run the clock down to 2 and then hoist up a bad shot. I was happy when he was traded
