EazyRoc
Blocks and steals: Smoove: 1.6 spg, 2.1 bpg Gerald Wallace: 1.5 spg, 1.1 bpg Should he have not been on the all defensive number one team or no? Scratch that, DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR.... A player at Smoove size averaging those numbers is far from overrated. Again, Smoove was snubbed countless amounts of times last season. Rebounds...Rebounds..

You are being unfair to Smoove here comparing him to Wallace. Wallace is a small forward; much smaller than Smoove and averaged 10 RPG while also shooting .455 from the 3pt line. Wallace is what many of us thought we were getting in Marvin Williams.
KB21
One thing that is overlooked with Josh is that he created wins last season. His 9.3 win shares was 6th best among players who played the majority of their time at the power forward position. His 21.0 PER was also 6th best among power forwards in the NBA. Someone mentioned that he stuffs the stats sheet. Well, the things he does on the court helps create wins.

I do not think GMs overlook this KB; quite honestly they probably do not even know that a win/share formula exist. GMs value a complete game and/or a dominating defensive game. Smoove has neither. Smoove is a really good player and a solid help defender; but he is not a in their prime Karl Malone or Ben Wallace. Your win share formula probably shows that he is; which is why GMs have no clue what the heck that is.
EazyRoc
I don't like all these new stats because they are so subjective anyways. A.I. Jr. was the best perimeter defender inches league last year. Not to mention he's a dynamic offensive player with good finishing ability and He's a good passer. Kimsey
We can't really judge a player that has played under Woodson. I can't recall any other team that played a switching college style defense and freestyle offense.
