I don't care about his poetry but I have alwayse liked his physical style of play. He was neck and neck with Haywood for the starting center position in Washington. If his endurance has returned since open heart surgery (which reportedly was a minor procedure) then he would add some toughness and defense off the bench. The guy would be a solid upgrade over Morris and Collins.

Ethan actively supported Obama in his campaign which might be actual reason for the invitation. He was also present at Sikh youth mentoring lunch at the White House.
