Kirk Hinrich apparently is not ahead of schedule to return from surgery to remove a cyst from his shoulder, and will miss about another month, according to Hawks VP Dominique Wilkins.

It seemed like LD's recent quotes were negative on the subject of when he'll return. The good news is that hopefully the team will be ok without him and we can trade him for some pieces we need for the playoffs. Of course he'd be a good piece but it think he's more valuable in trade.

I saw that this morning somewhere else. It's not good news, but hopefully Kirk can get healthy and help us in the playoff run either by being on the court for the Hawks or bringing back someone who will.
