I would tell the Nets that they aren't trading me so write up that deal for the 5th year and let's go win the East. If they held on to the idea of trading me, I would sign the offer with Portland so I couldn't be trade for a year to a team like Orlando.

Makes no sense whatsoever AHF. Lopez has no real pull. Getting the S-n-T for him is just guarranteeing his salary (which he shoud do if he's smart because better centers will be along soon).

NJN's are looking at a big salary cap penalty - but wtf? The owner is rich b__ch...and wants to make it happen NOW....so he can.

...it all comes down to money...the one with the most...gets the best....(see NY Yankees).
