Mo Harkless?

Looks like Magic could be willing to part with Mo Harkless for the cheap. Is it worth giving up a second rounder for him? Not much offensively but could he be worth a gamble to potentially develop for the defense (since Payne's out and Jenkins is likely too). minutes he has played the production 

 

Anyone know much about him?
