What do you believe would be Dumars plan as Hawks GM?

Watching recent interviews and listening to dumars it seems like he has learned his mistakes just hasn't been giving the opportunity.

again I don't think dumars is dumb I just think he's strong headed.

No available evidence other than talking from the seat of a broadcast, which is not evidence. Prove is in the pudding which we have none of right now so I'm good with him proving it elsewhere.

I would love to fly on the wall in these GM interviews. If I'm Ressler, I want specifics, not generalities about team building, championship culture, blah, blah blah.

To me, his speaking publicly about the Hawks job should be a deal-breaker and smacks of a guy trying to use us as leverage.
