Sure.  I'd love to get Doncic, but I'm not willing to bottom out at the slim chance that he's the player I can get.  After bottoming out, if the Hawks miss out on Doncic and ends up with an overhyped Porter or Bagley, then the tanking is all for naught.

This is not a franchise ender that we aren't sitting Collins on the bench for the next few years behind Sap and we aren't losing in the first round the next couple seasons.
