Gray Mule
I believe he's signed up to be on the Atlanta Hawk's summer league squad. A couple of weeks there might give him the boost he needs. Otherwise, there is the D.L. Too bad the N.B.A. doesn't have a minor league like the major league baseball teams. That would be so much better, I think, than what we have now. Hawks could have their own players under contract and learning.
Nicholasp27
9ppg/9.3rpg in 20 mins is not too shabby and 17/28 rebounds were OFFENSIVE we could use a guy who can clean up like that... i'm glad we got him on our summer league and i hope he makes the team as a project backup power forward let him develop and backup kmart/boozer/swift/okur/whoever we get i can think of two other players recently who weren't drafted but made a team...ben wallace and marquis daniels...we'd be happy to have either
Derek
I would not be opposed to the Hawks keeping him. Let these young guys grow together and build some chemistry. It's not like ATL will contend this season. If the light goes on for all of them at the same time, the Hawks will have a very nice team.
