Predictions ?

We are almost to the halfway point. Who can predict the rest of the season:

1.- Will we have more than 20 wins?

2.- Will we finish with the worst record? if not who will we be ahead of?

3.- Any major trades?

My answers are:

Yes (barely)

We will have second worst record - Charlotte will slip

No major trades (I hope I'm wrong)

1) I think we might have right at 20 wins *lol* or less.

2) I don't think we'll have the worst record. New Orleans will have that. We will be one of the bottom 3 teams probably tied with someone for 3rd. The Clippers are always a threat to throw in the towel after the Allstar break. I think Charlotte will start tanking hard pretty soon...they've dropped nine straight. We'll spot wins here and there, but our L streaks won't be THAT bad probably forcing us down to 3.

3) Depends on what we get back for Walker. I think BK wants to hold on to Harrington. We might make a minor deal at the deadline, but I don't think Knight takes a BS offer for Walker. He'll get a much better SNT offer after the season.

Also...

At some point, we're going to throw in the towel as far as trying to win games is concerned. BK tells Woody to stay competitive, but pull Al or Toine and start getting the kids in the game - especially when we're behind. If one of our big dogs is dealt, then this is going to happen by default.

I wouldn't bet on them finishing last. They have won something like 5 of 9. We've never done that.

I think we'll battle Charlotte for last place. Charlotte could end up with a top 2 pick in 3 straight drafts. Okafor, Williams, Oden.
