  1. We don't have room for a player like Stackhouse. We need a nice defensive 7 footer. Collins can gaurd all the big man but he is of no use at all on offense.
  2. I would rather build upon the current team. Just further develop Joe, Smith, Marv, Al, Teague, and Zaza talents. Would much rather keep Joe.
  3. Well this is why we added depth to our bench. I think we will be perfectly fine with Al and Bibby rehabbing this early in the season.
  4. A monster year to me is 15ppg and 12rpg. If he can do 13 and 11 I would be happy.
  5. Your crazy. Were not going to trade Al. I was all for moving Al to PF but if he can put up 13ppg and 10rbg and stay healthy I'll be happy.
  6. I've read that Mike blames his dad for not being a true father when he was younger. He doesn't give his dad any credit for his fame in the NBA. His dad is trying to mend the relationship but Mike is distant.
  7. I could see him becoming a coach. He is very vocal and leads the team smoothly. He has it in his genes. I didn't think Mike got along with his father though. If someone can confirm that that would be solid.
  8. Dixon, Siler, West would be great! Dixon is just another add on with experience. Siler is a young beast in the making that could suprise some people. West knows the system well and if given an oppertunity, could blossom into a solid NBA backup.
  9. Nice!! I would love to score some season tickets! I like the fact that some of the pre-season games are being televised this year!
  10. Our bench is so much deeper this year. That is the key. Knowing Joe Smith, Zaza, and Jason Collins are coming in for Al and Crawford (proven scorer) is coming off the bench is key. Hopefully this is the year Josh grows up and if it is then watch out!
  11. Ok, this is my thoughts on what is going to happen this year. Joe is going to have another good season (notice not great) averaging 20 ppg and help develop J-Smoove into the elite player. The Hawks will suprise the league and land the 3rd seed in the East. Hawks will be knocked out in the Conference Finals and Joe will average 19 ppg in the playoffs but will be noticed as the clutch man on the team. The Hawks will offer Joe 5 yr, 75 million to stay and Joe will sign. The Hawks maintain the same starting lineup for a 3rd year.
  12. Yea, I bet these are it. They look legit. I like the red a lot.
  13. Joe will come back to Atlanta. The Hawks will end up offering him a big contract and if the Hawks do well this season why would he want to leave? Newspapers can speculate on every free-agent.
  14. 4 Year 60 Million seems a little low to me. I was thinking 4 Year 70 Million or 5 Year 75 Million. Joe will sign though.
  15. I love our starting lineup now but I was in favor in moving Smith to SF and Al to PF and trading Marv and landing a dominant C. But I would rather have kept our starting lineup and adding key additions in Crawford, Smith, Collin, Resigning Bibby, Marv, hopefully Joe.
  16. Bibby will be the PG the whole year. It will all depend on situations. Crawford is going to be great coming off the bench and scoring. I think were seeing a better version of Flip. Still a shame we couldn't get Flip back. Flip, Crawford, Evans, Pachulia, Teague, Smith, Collins, West = Best NBA Bench
  17. It is about damn time! I've always said he could be a much better player if he attacked more. Now lets get 20 10 numbers Josh!
  18. Resign Joe for 4 Years at 15 mill a year.
  19. He is a great 3rd option for the Hawks. He likes to bump down low and battle for boards. I would easily take him at the Vet min.
  20. I hope so. If we could add him to this already well crafted bench, we are set throughout the season with equiped players come off the bench. Flip would fit in right behind Bibby.
  21. Woody is doing great. He will be here as along as we are winning. I don't understand some fans. This man has been with is through thick and thin and has had to deal with a problem child (Josh Smith) the whole time. He has done a hell of a job in Atlanta.
  22. Great News. Love having the same the starting lineup. Now bring in Siler and another big man. If its Joe Smith I guess thats alright but I would like to see someone younger.
  23. I would be very happy with Siler coming in but I don't know about Joe Smith. I would rather sign a younger more athletic player. Hakim Warrick. Garrett Siler and Hakim Warrick are better improvements over Solomon Jones and Randoplh Morris.
