  1. It would be awesome if DF came on the board and trolled for little a bit about this trade lol. Giving the Hulk Hogan ear to the board boo's lol
  2. Yeah other what? Other teams players lol? If Ferry got a first for anybody on this current roster beyond Horf, & Milsap he is a genious. And even they wouldn't be lottery first unless we are taking back boatloads of money.
  3. WHO IS GIVING A FIRST FOR BRAND?!?!? LOL Hawes wen't for 2 2nd rounders. No first for Brand my man.
  4. Well then the rest of the league is making moves for Ferry. If those teams weaken their future and pass the Hawks by and get us into the lottery then he wins. I get it, you have a certain build in your head that you would like to see 'ferry pursue. It's disappointing when that happens and you don't see the vision. But, can't you just scale back and give it 3 years? If you can't see it by then blast away. I might even join you at that point.
  5. A lot of guys might be getting bought out etc. Just be patient and see what Ferry does. Don't forget before Pero went out we had hit a little groove. This is very similar to the Falcons situation. As the year goes on we learn more about our roster and if we drop into the lottery, who cares? It's a win win for Ferry and Bud now.
  6. Again I ask for all that money and the stats, where has Jefferson gotten his teams? You don't need 22 pts a game from your center anymore. What you want is a rim protector who rebounds defensively like nobody's business. Jefferson in this system is not as valuable as you think. Yes, he is a big body that will soak up minutes, but when the Hawks play the way Bud wants them to play Al Jefferson would not be a plus.
  7. If anything we should be sellers. I would not be mad if we traded Teague or Brand. Maybe take a flyer on a young big for the end of the bench instead Cunningham.
  8. Well now you've made Danny sad......shame on you.
  9. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZvZFv7lqOE We will send our best to find BK
  10. Somebody tell me what is so great about Jefferson? The guy has not turned his great low post scoring into anything close to winning.
  11. I want to see how high they can go. I'm hoping they hit half a billion before BK is led away in handcuffs or a straight jacket lol
  12. Are you joking? We were lucky to get somebody to take Joe's contract. The Nets couldn't give him away now. Josh was basically worthless once he made his trade demands known last season. You have Milsap for Josh. And possibly a lottery pick for Joe and our pick this or next year.
  13. What always interests me is how these contracts come to be. Some were inevitable like Joe's contract. Others were just dumb management. But, seeing this always lets me know if you are smart and patient you can always find a deal in the NBA. Some of these teams will have young talent that they absolutely have to let go because of dumb contracts.
  14. Now I blame DF for this. These guys are worn out and undermannedSent from my LG-MS770 using Tapatalk

  16. Not going to get on this wheel again, but read this article..http://grantland.com/features/orlando-magic-rebuilding-plan-superstar-search/ there are perils in the approach of tearing down for a star. Coming back from an implosion is tougher than you all give account for.
  17. And their have been countless "super stars" who haven't won a title. There are no promises no matter what you do. Hopefully we get the "super star" at some point and win the title. But, if it comes without one I'll take that too.
  18. yeah I saw that later. Figured you might have found a way to create an A.I. for this board that would already know who I meant. You are slacking @Dolfan23 :)
  19. Only Hawk whoever truly looked like they belonged in the ASG.

  21. A decade is long time. Most of these players won't even be here by then. How can you make such a long term forecast?
  22. Hey I was right about Teague even though he fooled me into an apology earlier this year lol..........are people really taking message board posts about sports seriously? This is barbershop/bar talk.....who cares if someone is right or wrong.....the discussion is the fun part.
