  1. 1. I would love to think we are not done but think we are done for this season.... Backup Center and PF are weak and we lack a starting SF 2. I think that is the option we have, start Prince. Korver at Sg and Baze at SF are not going to get it done. 3. Yes for me, Jordan Hill, cheaper than Tiago and if we trade him we could upgrade PF and SF with Green or Harkless and Humph
  2. If you fist guarantee signing J Hill for 4 Million and then trade Splitter and Thabo you will have cap space for all, I think all can be signed cheap
  3. Honestly speaking I find the starting five more balanced and the bench weaker than what we would need to be able to compete. I am assuming Prince starts and we will depend on him to see if we can compete. Guys that would be huge upgrade for us over our current players: Jack or Felton, Gerald Green and Jordan Hill. I could cut Lamar Patterson, Shefolosha, Scott, Muscala or Splitter for them. Schröder/Jack/Delaney Baze/Korver/THJ Prince/Green/Bembry Milaap/Humph Howard/Hill/Tavares
  4. I would go with Jordan Hill and a 3 like Mo Harkless or Gerald Green as Barnes has already signed with Sacramento, I thought he was the best fit. I would trade both Splitter and Scott for a shot at Jordan Hill, specially with Dwight on danger of missing some games and Thabo and/or Korver for Harkless, hope we can sign Green for 4M $ a year. Hill should not require more than 6M$ a year, if more stay the same
  5. If that is what the market is giving I would offer the max to Batum first, better value per $
  6. If we are not able to land a Big FA one route we could go would be to be deep and compete that way, this is a list of players that could be had cheap and represent a big upgrade. Felton, Augustin, Brooks, Afflalo, Henderson, Courtney Lee, Gerald Green, Evan Turner, Jeff Green, Jared Dudley, Jordan Hill, Motiejunas, Mahinmi, Mozgov My preferences would be to sign Augustin or Felton, Gerald Green, Jordan Hill and perhaps Mozgov. I think the first 3 can be had by less 4M $, Mozgov or Mahinmi not so sure. Also Afflalo or Evan Turner could be cheaper than Bazemore and not that much difference
  7. From what I have heard he is not the best mate in the world, a special guy, reminds me Josh Smith type of guy
  8. Whiteside hands down for me, he fills the gaps we have on the game, rebounding, rim protection.... Only thing that concerns me is lockeroom influence...
  9. I think Whiteside would be better fit than Horford and if we could convince Batum we could be looking at a team to make some noise on the playoffs Schröder, BU PG, Patterson Bazemore, THJ, Bembry Batum, Thabo, Prince Milsap, Humph Whiteside, Tavares, J. Hill
  10. Sabonis was also my preferred option but once he was gone... At the end we could have come with Valentine or Beasley instead of Dembry, I am not sure is such a difference, I like what I see from Dembry on Draftexpress I see more difference on getting Stone or Zimmerman or a good backup PG on the second as we need quality depth. I could be wrong and Beasley and Valentine become stars but I doubt it and even more on a Hawks uniform, you like it or not but Bud thinks our young with potential at SG is Hardaway, this year he is going to be our Bazemore, that is why I think perhaps we will be better as a team with Prince and Dembry
  11. I think the real issue is what we got for Teague, some thought Bud could get gold from that pick but this draft is what it is and realistically we could have gone with more potential at SG but right now SG is loaded with assests so we decided to fill gaps, I am fine with that
  12. For me would have been Malik Beasley at 12 and Prince at 21, also would have selected Demetrius Jackson or kept Feder. However what if Prince is not available at 21? We would still be without size at SF and would have taken Dembry instead, I think Beasley or Valentine are going to be good but we cannot be mad at all at the draft, this was not a good and deep class. There were also some good prospects at C on the second round, we could have tried to trade up to get one as Jones or Zimmerman What would have been a better draft? I see everyone complaining but do not see much better chances at 12 and 21 assuming we could not trade up, at the end is Dembry instead of Beasley
  13. Damn I think I would trade Milsap for Noel and Covington, Teague was better deal for them, our players are so undervalued
  14. So you just blow the team and ease the way for the ring for them?
  15. We did better than Indiana this year right? They added Teague, you will see where Indiana is placed next year. As I have said if we don't value our players nobody is going to do it.
  16. I just can say I am very disapointed with the move, cannot believe we just got 12th pick. Teague is one of the best 15 PG on the league and we traded for a 12th pick on a weak draft, if you don't value your players the rest of the world is not going to do it...
  17. Agreed on Malik Beasley, he should be our pick if we stay at 21
  18. Just got cut by Pacers, can shot has size, still young... don't know his defense very well but I think he will add depth at bench, a true SF Thoughts?
  19. Totally surprised they passed, we were asking for more assets I think... If it was straight I am sure they will regret the decission. Teague is an allstar PG, Middleton is just an above average wing
  20. Horrible just a horrible trade for Atl no way
  21. Definately best trade I have seen, gives us true talent for an allstar PG with a bargain contract, I am on the Lavine and Dieng bandwagon and I think is good for Minny too
  22. I would be open to change Anteto for Middleton but that is all, we are giving a top 15 PG on a great contract, what are they giving back? His PG is failing now, Teague would make everyone around better
  23. Cannot believe you guys think trading an allstar Pg for a limited rookie of a bottom team is a good trade, Teague has a great contract too you must have smoked something
  24. Cannot understand those horrible trades for Teague and Horford, they have been all star players. Here is an idea to get real talent in return Atl trades Teague for Antetokounpo and Henson Teague is an allstar Pg on a great contract an Milwaukee needs a leader Atl fills the void at SF with a great young guy with huge potential and gets a big with loads of potential in return, good value here. NONE of this guys are in consideration for all star neither are stars or starters on a playoff team
  25. So people here want to trade an allstar PG for bench players of non playoff teams..,, are you guys right????? Only player I would consider for Teague would be Antetokounpo + Henson or perhaps Middleton, not fully convinced.... Hood, Burks, Burke??? Come on you must be kidding... questionable starters or bench players on a losing team for an allstar PG??????
