Now he's one of the highest paid blowhards in sports media. ESPN makes some head scratching decisions, despite being the so-called world wide leader. But they do have a vice like grip on the NBA. Do any other major networks even bid against them for TV rights?

Steve Nash was an awful defender and still should of won 2. Suns got screwed by the league and had some back luck in the playoffs.

What are you going to do about teams picking on Trae possession after possession? Maybe he will get better on that end, but probably not that much.

If Trae is your building block going forward. You need 4 versatile, skilled defenders around him to make up for his subpar defense.

Have you ever been to the Atlanta Falcons message board? They have a moderator who is best buddies with the main posters, and let's them say whatever they want, and then bans people who argue back with them. So yes, we are lucky. Many moderators are biased, petty, immature, etc.

There are things they could do. The Hawks have been the most vocal about returning to play among the un-elite 8. Just throw us a bone here, damn.

Have they finalized draft stuff? That's about the only carrot they could offer the un-elite eight.

We were already done. That's not point. They want to have opportunity to come back. It's important to the team developmentally.

I thought a small high school sized crowd of super fans would be fun. That's not going to fly though for obvious reasons.

It will Interesting to see how teams play with no home court advantage and different environment. Games will feel kinda lifeless without fans though, no doubt.

I'm glad Trae and others are participating in protests. But CLP and the boys want to come back. They went public with that, so clearly it's important to them. Have their back, instead of a shoulder shrug resignation to the leagues unfair decision.

I'm glad he was out there too. I'm glad people are out there period exercising their rights. Sucks he won't be back on the court until 2021, when most of the rest league will have played at least some games.

According to CLP our guys want to come back, very much so want to come back. I'll take his word for it.
