Barnes has always been a hot head. After he retired he seemed to be all cool and casual on TV but that's obviously just an act. He needs to reign it in.

Yeah it would be nice. Can't see where we will beat out an offer from say the Knicks who could trade Randle and picks. If our key piece is Murray i'm not seeing where they need him. Guess it could be a 3 team.

It's been a super weird season for the Hawks org so far. I'm prepared to be disappointed but seems like things may be really different the rest of the year.

1. Does OO continue to start? He should! 2. Does Kobe consistently crack to rotation? How many minutes for Kobe? At least Garrison's minutes 3. How many games does AJ play in the GL? Then beat Cleveland and Philly to get to the ECF.

We can't put a lot of faith in all these rumors. For years we heard Trae and JC didn't get along and had altercations. Now we're hearing that Trae was responsible for the Hawks giving him big bucks. The truth is in the middle as always.

I think we'll be right around .500. maybe 14-13 I don't see anyway we can miss the play in unless they shut down some guys. None of the teams behind us are going to try and at the same time there is zero chance we rise to even 8. it sucks. we aren't going to makeup 6 games in 27. So we are 9 or 10th. at that point i'd just as soon lose the playin.

I can't wait to go into the luxury tax for one season, not go to the ECF and hear folks say "going into the tax for X player wasn't worth it"

1. What are you basing Jalen being better at the 3 on? I don't think there is any meaningful minutes of him doing it. In college park i think he played a lot of minutes at the 5 actually 2. i think you should compare their career numbers. But i don't know who brought Bey into the discussion. No one here wants him as a starter either and they are comparable players.

I don't think Obi is a starter in this league. But I'm not basing that on a ton of watching him though. JJ at the 3 and Obi at the 4 seems like we'd be getting killed on D though. As a backup big off the bench i could see it.

We're going to have to realize that there will be no big splash this summer. The best we can hope for is that we build a roster of really good players that fit well. Still that could be big if done right. To me: Murray goes and hopefully we get a big 3&D 2 guard to replace him Capela & OO aren't really worth their combined money but if we're stuck with Capela then at least he's still effective off the bench. We have to start OO or find a replacement We need a big off the bench like Gallo was who can get buckets. Hunter - replace if we can but i'm not sure we can. I think with a better 2 guard and JJ improving it may just make Hunter the guy we always wanted him to be. But has to stay healthy. This is why bolstering the bench is key. None of this is cheap.

Yeah if the team does well not sure how they can break it up. Also seems like Conley would have been the first domino to fall but instead they give him an extension. Maybe the owners are just forgoing a second yacht for a year or two and keeping the team together.
