definitely. i think Joey's confidence (or lack thereof) will prevent him from becoming the QB well all wish he would become. Detroit really messed up Joey's confidence. Therefore he will never be more than a starter on a bad team or a good backup QB. All QBs in this league can hit their receivers when given enough time. Its the QBs who can perform well when they are rushed, hurried, etc that separates the great ones from the good ones. Joey plays not to mess up. As a result, he'll take sacks and throw away the football (sometimes a little too early) when hes under pressure.

have any rookies won the ROY award scoring less than 15 ppg?

seems like no matter what Horford does... Durant is locked up to get that ROY award. I hate the fact that PPG is looked up as the most important stat when considered for this award. i wish FG % would be taken into consideration. anyone in this league can put up 20 ppg given enough TOUCHES.

yeah, its a very bad matchup. Most nights playing Horford at Center is ok... theres many teams playing their PF out of position at center. However, against YAO MING, we need a legit 7 footer to play Center. That means ZAZA has to play big minutes. Just a bad matchup.

called a TIMEOUT when the team didnt have any timeouts remaining. cost them the game. lol. when u play 82 games, im sure you lose track and not so careful about every single play. but still thats gotta be embarassing!

yeah, the only two teams im scared of in the EAST is Boston (very hungry team) and Detroit (the most experienced and consistent team in the East). I feel that those two will get the better of the hawks. However, against any other team in the east, i think we have just as good a chance (if not better) as they do.

Some guys w/ courtside seats engaged in a little conversation w/ Lebron. It seemed to me like they were heckling him a little for losing to us because Lebron's reply was... "hey, SH$T happens..." and he looked little pist. i hope he doesnt remember this.

Derek Fisher should get an Oscar for that performance. He VLADE DIVAC'd on that play. i know Refs are human, but man... did that piss me off! Kobe Bryant backcourt violation... and they actually CALLED IT! i was shocked!

1) Al Horford! talk about the inside presence we need! he was the biggest guy out in the court. not literally, but it sure seemed like it! 2) Joe Johnson- allstar. enough said. no one should question whether or not hes an allstar. hes our leader. 3) Josh Smith- played under control. Played his all around game. 4) T-Lue- as much as we diss him... this is one of the few times we are NOT ALLOWED to diss him. he made some huge shots at the end. our hawks play at the competition of our opponents. Lakers are a good team and we beat them! what a great win!

u can tell from the first few minutes, this is gonna be a GREAT GAME!
