AHF, I was in your position a one point and I even started a thread about it on hawksquawk (search for it if you have the time). Anyhow, i bought a Wii using one of those Wii tracking websites. Luckily, I didnt have to buy one of those $500 bundle packages. I just bought the Wii itself for original price and 1 extra controller. You can try one of those Wii tracking sites (sorry, but i dont remember which one i used) and you can also try http://atlanta.craigslist.org As for my take on the Wii? *its for kids. plain and simple. If you are a kid (or if you are buying one for a child), i think its a great system. however for the high schoolers and the big boys, I say go w/ the Xbox360 (or PS3 if u have the money). Sports games (the main genre that i like to play) are not fun on the wii. Its actually quite annoying. But i dont regret my decision at all. Im not a big gamer (i play the Wii a few times a month, max!). I got the Wii modded (to play my BACKUP games, of course ) and im ok.

Brewer reminds me of Sprewell. He's not the scorer that Sprewell is, but for some reason he just reminds me of Sprewell. And Marvin Williams was huge in the 4th. Got to the line time after time. we really needed to stop Al Jefferson. We started doubling him, but the kid is good.

yea, i love it when Horford pushes the tempto after grabbing a rebound. And yes, it usually does lead to something POSITIVE.

seems like PPG (and not so much FG %) is the most important factor in selecting a ROOKIE OF THE YEAR. therefore, i dont see Horford winning it.

the system is weird. how do we have a 60% chance when Bobcats (a team w/ 1 less win than us) has 0% chance.

and seems like we have 1 less team to worry about in our division next year.

Josh Childress is the smartest player on our team. He plays within himself. He understands what he can and cannot do. I feel like hes the type of player who can play well on any team in the NBA. Same w/ Joe Johnson and Marvin Williams. Now, if we can only get Josh Smith to play w/ his strengths. I mean, you dont see Ben Wallace trying to score 20 ppg. Dont do anything that hurts the team. Woodson needs to take Smith out when hes taking 3s and hurting our team. Insert Josh Childress and let Smith come off the bench. or have some kind of system. for every 2 shots made inside the paint, you are allowed to take 1 outside shot. Karl had some kind of deal w/ Carmelo Anthony when he got too out of control.

Im not too worried about minor injuries w/ our depth. well atleast i hope both JOSH SMITH + ACIE LAW have minor injuries. well, this is SALIM's opportunity to play some good minutes! We should see some SWilliams as well.

they are calling more travels in the NBA this year. Personally, i love it! we need to clean it up a little so it doesnt get too sloppy out there. we dont want little kids growing up, watching the NBA and travelling like the pros. as for horford, yeah i dont quite get it. he can lead a fast break, he can dribble and pass well... it seems like hes coordinated, but whats up w/ the travels?

we are 2-6 and we arent playing our best basketball... so im ok w/ our record. lets make our adjustments and when our struggling players get out of their slump, we should be a better team. we have to make adjustments. less minutes to LUE = 1 major adjustment we should make.

Unless the man is on fire and draining shots left and right, he just cant be playing heavy minutes against the bigger PGs. 2) wait for Speedy. I hope he comes back ASAP! I rather have a liability on offense than on defense! We need to see more Claxton/Law and less Lue.

they are equal. the difference is that BOSTON plays House and ATLANTA doesnt play Salim. The best shooter on our team needs more playing time.
