First of all, Darko is a center. Don’t compare players to each other just because they are from the same continent. I can just as easily say “we have to get him. Look at Porzingis,” even though it has nothing to do with Luka’s evaluation. Luka’s dominance in Euroleague is unparalleled. We have to ask why that is before just saying “He’s slow. This won’t work in the NBA,” because European players that are successful in the NBA couldn’t come close to what he has done in Europe.

I didn’t want to throw the Curry comp out there yet, but I mean I can see it. I could see Schlenk seeing some of Curry in him and trying to get him. I know he’s obviously a huge riser in the draft process, but I do hope he falls far enough so we could get another top guy and Young with a trade up. I know you’d go crazy for Doncic and him.

I just watched the Oklahoma USC game. Trae Young is a much better floor general than I thought. He’s a hell of a passer and shooter. I really like the kid, but he’s not going to be there for us to take with the non lottery firsts.

Ayton was pretty good. He has some great flashes. He even had some nice defensive possessions. Williams played some good defense but was nothing on offense

I wish his 3 point shooting percentage was better. He’s regressed back to his average after a hit start. I was hoping he had progressed to be a great shooter. I think his superstar potential hinges on being great at shooting. I have no doubts he will be very good no matter what though.

Really I could get behind him at any pick because there’s good upside there, but he’s not my favorite. wait hold up... I just looked up his high school stats and it says he shot 70% from three last year in high school. I know it’s shorter than in college, but that can’t be normal. In all of the high school all star stuff and U18 stuff he shot like 30% though.

When you pick where out later firsts are going to be, I’d just be looking for someone with at least one skill I they can hang there hat on. He can shoot, so why not take a shot on him? I wouldn’t take him in the lottery as if today, but he’s worth something.

I really like Cole Zwicker’s podcast, and this site is really nice. I think he’s coming around on Bagley too. If I’m thinking of the right podcast he’s coming around on Bagley. Granted he was a guest on another person’s podcast who loves Bagley and has a tendency to just agree with others when they are on a show together.

The last thing I would ever do is give Bud his walking papers, so no. Bud actually coaching this team of garbage to be competitive in games is amazing.

I mean I’d rather have them than Dennis but not because he’s a “true point guard”. It’s because of his Kobe like attitude and it factor. Also him being from Atlanta is a huge plus.
