He has injury issues and I don't see him being much of an improvement as a defensive 4 than Josh Smith.

You can not pick someone like Boozer up without making some other moves - i.e., where do all the forwards play.

If you could guarantee that Boozer would play more than 1/3 of his remaining contract games, I'd gladly deal with the increased forward glut. In fact I'd give some serious thought to the Marvin for Livingston trade that was discussed not too long ago on here.

If the trade were to be for Al in a S & T, then that clears up a large part of the logjam.

Of course, players could rotate a little differently than that, but I think that'll still give ample opportunity for Marvin and Chillz to get minutes off the bench such as when the team goes small like they did a few times last season w/ Smoove at the 5 and Williams at the 3 or when JJ is running the point w/ Chillz at the 2.

Marvin still comes off the bench at the 3 and occcasionally 4 while Chillz still comes off the bench at the 2 and occasionally relieve the ballhandling duties.
