Theo missed his deadline. He can't opt out of the deal. I believe both Kidd and Duncan excercised their option.

Theo already missed his deadline this past offseason

so unless a trade is made the team is stuck with him.

We are really going to regret trading for Puppy Dog

due to his large and longer contract than Toni's.

That's why I'm saying? Who is right? Theo or Babcock? I have never heard of a deadline to declare (1 yr in advance)....

I have to believe that if Theo could leave us, he would opt out to do so... .Even though he wouldn't get a raise...

D, the deadline is passed....It was a weird clause that PHL put in the deal, but Theo had to activate it before last summer at the time of the article.

He missed it, plain and simple...He cannot opt out.
