kelston827
http://www.philly.com/mld/inquirer/sports/5061536.htm I wouldn't be opposed to acquiring Snow. The only thing is that if you trade Theo for Snow, that means, for defensive purposes, either JT or Big Dog also needs to be traded. There's absolutely no way we can win with a team that has JT/Big Dog/Nazr defending for 40 minutes a game.
ATLien_
I think I would rather have Alvin Williams then Eric Snow. Williams is bigger and has range to the 3 point line. Snow probably is a better pure PG. Ratliff must not have much value if he can only bring back Snow. Nazar would be able to fill in at center. He seems to have raised his defensive intensity and has become solid on that end. He was once horrible D.
Traceman
Snow is an above average PG but he will NEVER be an All Star as Theo was. In addition, Philly has no big man to send along with Snow in trade who could replace Theo. I would have no desire for McCullough and his bad feet. I could POSSIBLY see doing Theo/CC/ED for DC/Snow but it doesn't really thrill me. Why trade for a great defending PG if you are going to trade your best interior defender? JTFan31
Actually [censored] DC, I rather do this trade. Theo/CC/E-mail for Snow/Skinner I like Skinner's game much more than DC, he bangs more, plays D and rebounds well, can also block shots every now and then. beav
I don't think snow and skinner works for cap reasons... it looks like his idea would work though... Atlanta trades: SG Emanual Davis (3.7 ppg, 1.8 rpg, 1.5 apg in 14.2 minutes) PF Chris Crawford (4.8 ppg, 1.4 rpg, 0.2 apg in 7.6 minutes) C Theo Ratliff (7.8 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 0.7 apg in 29.5 minutes) Atlanta receives: PG Eric Snow (12.2 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 6.8 apg in 38.5 minutes) C Derrick Coleman (7.9 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 0.9 apg in 22.5 minutes) Change in team outlook: +3.8 ppg, -1.0 rpg, and +5.3 apg. Philadelphia trades: PG Eric Snow (12.2 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 6.8 apg in 38.5 minutes) C Derrick Coleman (7.9 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 0.9 apg in 22.5 minutes) Philadelphia receives: SG Emanual Davis (3.7 ppg, 1.8 rpg, 1.5 apg in 24 games) PF Chris Crawford (4.8 ppg, 1.4 rpg, 0.2 apg in 5 games) C Theo Ratliff (7.8 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 0.7 apg in 45 games) Change in team outlook: -3.8 ppg, +1.0 rpg, and -5.3 apg. TRADE ACCEPTED also ratliff for snow and mccullough would work too, but I like the above trade better too since mccullough supposedly has a chronic condition... Traceman
That is the reason I would like to see him included in the deal. I have no fantasies that he would be a consistently productive member of the team. If we REALLY wanted to clear some cap room, DC/Snow/Kenny Thomas/ending salary filler for Theo/Hendu would be nice as well.
TheDude
you guys think they would give us a first AND snow for theo and say email or something?
Traceman
to make a Snow/first for Theo deal work because Theo makes roughly twice as much as Snow and the salaries have to match.
