I think I would do it because Van Exel can show JT how to be a scoring PG. It also depends on how old Van Exel is. Van Exel and JT would be one explosive backcourt.

if we are getting a player like NVE. I think NVE's a great player and wouldn't mind having him at all but I'd rather move JT and dead weight then Theo. Dallas does need a big man though so it would have to be a 3-way.

This is a good trade for the Hawks.

Unfortunately, I don't think Miami would do it. Several reasons.

1. Miami takes just as many Bad contracts as it gives out. The only redeeming thing is that Hendu/CC = less yrs than Grant.

2. JT really doesn't have a spot unless they can move Jones? Don't get me wrong, I think that they will search for a deal for Jones. I think Jerry West is just waiting for the call.

I like getting NVE. He can run the offense, Score, and play some defense. His knees are question mark... But we have a good enough team that he could be a showcase.

Do you think we can get the Wizard too? Wow!

Dallas would drool over Grant though!
