Guest
But why not take a gamble on the 21st pick? It's likely to produce someone that will hopefully become a solid role player, who knows if that will be here, so why not take Outlaw? It's a gamble, but it could have dividends. KB21
I agree. Outlaw has a lot to learn, but he has something you can't teach. Tremendous athleticism. He's going to have to work on developing his jumper to move to what will be his position in the NBA.
DJ_Money
It depens on what is there on draft night. I'm hoping there will be a player there that can come in and contribute right away. I'd rather take a chance on a guy like Ndubi Ebi with the #37 than Outlaw with the #21.

Premium Member Diesel Posted May 27, 2003 Premium Member Report Share Posted May 27, 2003 I say we take Outlaw.... But first we trade JT for Barry/12th. The reasoning is simple. I would gamble on Outlaw as long as we have a PG/SG combo. It makes no sense to move to get another SF if we lack good gaurd play like now. Dion, DJ, JT, Ira, Email, all unsigned. We only have DD under contract. We need gaurds.
