kpmm
Are the Hawks gonna give this guys a shot next year or what? He is a pretty big guard and from what I've seen, he has developed his game a little more over the last couple years. He also has a nice website: Cenk Akyol's website I am a web/ multimedia designer who creates those types of websites, so I was surprised to see his look that nice. DrReality
Nice web site. Better than his game from what I've heard. Maybe next . . . . but then we've been saying that for several years.
Moderators AHF Posted January 22, 2008 Moderators Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 The last few rounds of updates on Cenk were not very promising. I will be surprised to see him in Atlanta anytime soon.
BigDirty
His team, Efes Pilsen, already loaned him out to Galatasaray for the rest of the year, because he couldn't get playing time at Efes. For Galata he's playing 12 min per game (in 7 games). His scoring average is 2.29, 50% 2FG (4-8), 16.7 3FG (2-12), 40% FT (2-5), he gets 1.7 rebounds and makes 0.7 assists, 0.6 steals & 0.6 turnovers. Lascar78
He's not NBA caliber. I'd be surprised if he ever makes it to the NBA, and if so he's unlikely to make an impact.
exodus
Check out BigDirty's thread on him from the Around the League forum click Doesn't sound promising to me.
