Can we sweep "Championship Contenders" in the season series?

Is Kobe going to use his injury as an excuse?

Is Mike Bibby going to bring it to Fisher and Acie get some burn against the very talented Jordan Farmar?

Is our team going to come out with a VENGEANCE, some CONVICTION in their playing, like we just got a legit PG and it's time for that push?

I still want one more trade, a minor Matt Carroll trade maybe.

I'm glad players like Solo and Mario will finally get some burn.

No to Carroll. His contract is really bad. 5/6 years at 5 million plus.

I would think it's questionable whether Kobe will play or not. He'll probably play a few token minutes tomorrow in the ASG, but I wouldn't be surprised if he sits out a few games afterward.

I also would like to swing one more deal for a shooter, but looking at it realistically, who are we giving up?

Meh, we just need to utilize Salim better and get him some consistency. We also need a coach who would utilize him correctly. With most of our trash traded, we will start having to give up picks or much better players in order to get additional players. We NEED to start committing to developing our own. That's a hallmark of well-run teams.

His contract is declining, so it's not "$5M plus." It averages $4M over the next five years.

Not bad for a shooter.
