What's even worse is guys giving Josh the ball early on the fast break. WTF? Josh is a finisher not a passer or ball handler on the break. Please for the love of God stop it.

If your going to play Josh "no range" Chilldress along with J. Smith you're forcing him to shoot those long 2 pointers.

He can't get to the hole when the hole when the other team packs the paint because Chilldress is no threat from outside at all.
