Like it or not, Diesel is an artist. More accurately stated: Diesel is art. He is a tragic, uncoupled poem. We live in privileged times, for each day we get to pay heed to our own private Macbeth. Never have Shakespeare's words seemed so prescient:

"... a poor player

That struts and frets his hour upon the stage

And then is heard no more: it is a tale

Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,

Signifying nothing."

Enjoy this show while it lasts, for all things are fleeting. Even Diesel (though he may not seem it.)
